Do you offer veterinary teleconsultations?

No. Veterinary teleconsultation is forbidden in Luxembourg (Art. 49 of the veterinary code of ethics). We offer only non-medical first-aid information, guidance to the official emergency on-call service and appointment booking at physical clinics.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is hosted in the European Union and processed in accordance with the GDPR. You can export your record at any time and request its erasure.

Are the providers really verified?

In this demonstration version, identity and insurance verification statuses are simulated and clearly flagged. Real verification will be enabled before launch.

Which languages is the platform available in?
